hypoxbreath® advanced
– world first – multi-level phase control
The great advantage of interval hypoxia training with the hypoxbreath® is that the intensity, duration and repetition frequency of training sessions can be adjusted completely individually and in line with the needs of the person performing the training.
With the multi-level phase control of the hypoxbreath® advanced, we are setting entirely new standards.

The
hypoxbreath® advanced sets new standards with multi-level phase control.
While in commercially available IHHT/IHT systems
the only variables that can be preset are SPO2 target value = cut-off value, oxygen concentration, phase length and phase repetition, the hypoxbreath® advanced offers completely new possibilities for individual training.
The multi-level phase control allows you to flexibly adapt the intensity, duration and repetition frequency of the training sessions to the needs of the person performing the training.
You determine the O2 concentration and SPO2 cut-off value in a completely custom manner for each individual training phase within a training session.
This allows you to take into account the physical constitution and the associated individual training responses of the patient/user. This way, use of the training stimulus is maximised while the physiological load is maximally reduced at the same time.

Our intuitive programme control and selection of preset automatic programmes help you get started quickly with this innovative and effective training tool.
The manual input helps experienced users and IHHT/IHT experts to respond even more specifically to the needs of patients and customers.
By choosing the focus of the training, you have the easy and time-saving opportunity to respond to individual daily form or short-term goals (e.g., in competitive sports).
Set your programme to suit the individual needs of the user or patient:
- Selection of the phase number and phase length for stress (hypoxia) and regeneration (hyperoxia/normoxia)
- Flexible choice of O2 concentration for any time of training. This means you have the only IHT system in which the O2 concentration can not only vary from phase to phase but can also be flexibly adjusted within each individual phase.
Example with different programme phases where hyperoxia and normoxia are combined.
This makes sense if people with physiological or psychological disorders/dysfunctions are training, but the physical stress should not be too high and, yet, the duration of the training should not be unnecessarily shortened.
You have the same options when setting the SPO2 target value/cut-off value.
In the first column, you can see the (1-5) 1 hypoxia phase, for which 5 different O2 concentrations have been specified
Number of respective phases/training intervals in the training programme
Second column: O2 concentration
Third column: SPO2 target value/cut-off value
Fourth column: setting the individual duration of each training phase/interval
Fifth column: editing options for each interval/training phase
