Interval hypoxia training (IHHT / IHT) with the hypoxbreath® is based on a technical imitation of altitude training. In phases, the user receives breathing air with less oxygen (hypoxia) and breathing air with a constant or optionally increased oxygen content compared to normal ambient air.
